HOW WE DO IT
PROACTIVITY AND COMMUNICATION
As soon as any issue is raised, we personally go to the property to investigate and decide whether a handyman can fix it or whether a specialist trader is necessary. A report with pictures (if necessary) is prepared for the record and is communicated to you. The goal is to fix the issue as soon as reasonably possible at reasonable costs, depending on the matter’s urgency.
TRADERS WITH A SOLID PROVEN TRACK EXPERIENCE
All the traders we use have professional insurance and have been tested and tried for the past years. We can of course use any professional you already know and trust. For specific issues, we obtain 3 different quotes from traders. We discuss our options together and we attend the repairs with the chosen trader on-site to make sure all is resolved satisfactorily. We do not perceive any referral fees from any traders and we do not major maintenance and repair costs under £500.
COSTS UNDER CONTROL
A property regularly kept in tip top condition requires fewer repairs in the long term. Our service is about genuine commitment to do a job well, high standards and good old common sense. Any maintenance activity will be well documented with pictures, reports and invoices and statements are issued on a quarterly basis.
